Appointments
will be confirmed the day prior to a scheduled service.
Appointments for selected services must be guaranteed
with a major credit card. If you must cancel or reschedule
an appointment, we require a 12 hour notice; otherwise,
we must charge a 25% service fee.
Relaxation is
our goal for you. Please give yourself a 15-20 minute
head start so that you may enjoy every minute of every
service you are receiving. It is important that we
remain on schedule for our clients. Being late will
shorten your service time, yet your service fee will
remain the same.
Cell phone policy
for the relaxation of you and other guests: Please
turn off or set your cell phones to vibrate.
We ask that children
be in the salon only if they are receiving services.
Otherwise they must be supervised by an adult not
receiving services. Thank you for your understanding.
Special needs
– light lunches, special needs or requests,
as well as transportation can be provided for you.
We request a 24 hour notice in order to arrange for
these services.
Your health,
well-being, and complete satisfaction is our main
concern. We ask that you make us aware of any special
conditions that may apply to you.
